PRICING
ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES
At BPS Energy Surveying we strive to achieve a high level of service at a competitive price for all our products in Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Rugby and surrounding areas.
Our prices start from as low as £38 per property with up to 4 bedrooms, then £5 per bedroom thereafter. As BPS Energy Surveying is not vat registered you save 20%. Please quote INT15 when ordering as these are specially discounted prices only available from the internet.
FLOOR PLANS
A 2D black and white or colour floor plan can be added to an Energy Performance Certificate at a cost of £15.
A top of the range 3D floor plan will cost £20.
The above prices are for properties with up to 4 bedrooms, for properties with 5 bedrooms or more, please call for a quotation. To take advantage of the discounted prices, all floor plans must be ordered with an Energy Performance Certificate
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
360º VIRTUAL TOUR
A 360º tour is an optional extra service at a cost of £5 per photo. 360º photos must be ordered with the Energy Performance Certificate (minimum 2 photos per house).
PICTURE PLUS PLAN
Picture plus plans are an extra service, which is only available with a floor plan at an additional cost of £5 per photo, (minimum 2 photos per house).
An example based on a property with up to 4 bedrooms:
total cost of an Energy Performance Certificate and 2D floor plan with 3 photos is:
£68 (£38+ £15 + £15)

Payment by credit card is available with a 2% administration fee
Debit card payment has no additional charges
